Product introduction

Rexroth replaces the filter element in the hydraulic system, which is used to filter the solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium and effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium. This series of filter element is a domestic substitute for the imported filter element. The filter element is made of imported filter material. The performance parameters of the filter element reach the level of the same kind of filter element abroad. It can completely replace the imported filter element.

2.Material: glass fiber filter paper - BN stainless steel woven mesh - W wood pulp filter paper - P stainless steel sintered mesh - V

4.Working pressure: 21bar-210bar

5.Working temperature: - 30 ℃～ + 110 ℃

6.Sealing material: fluorine rubber ring, butyl rubber

7.Structural strength: 1.0MPa, 2.0MPa, 16.0mpa, 21.0mpa

Application area:

1. Metallurgy: used for filtration of hydraulic system of rolling mill and continuous caster and filtration of various lubricating equipment.

2. Petrochemicals: separation and recovery of products and intermediate products in the process of refining and chemical production, purification of liquid, magnetic tape, optical disk and photographic film in the manufacturing, degranulation and filtration of oilfield injection well water and natural gas.

3. Textile: purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt in drawing process, protective filtration of air compressor, oil and water removal of compressed gas.

4. Electronics and pharmacy: pretreatment and filtration of reverse osmosis water and deionized water, pretreatment and filtration of detergent and glucose.

5. Thermal power and nuclear power: gas turbine, boiler lubrication system, speed control system, bypass control system, oil purification, feed water pump, fan and dust removal system purification.
